Can I start on Diligent and move to Carefree later?
Yes. Many people start hands-on, then hand it over as the business grows. Your records carry over as they are.
What if my situation is more complicated?
Tell me on the introduction call. If it needs more than a level covers, you get a clear price before anything starts.
Do I need bookkeeping software?
You need one place where your records live. I will help you choose or set it up, if you don't have one yet.
